Terms and Conditions

A. Rental price includes

  • Use of the rented BMW motorcycle.

  • Mandatory third-party liability insurance (RCA).

  • Side cases and/or top case, on request.

B. Not included in the standard rental price

  • Full coverage insurance is optional and costs 15 euro/day, with a 500-1000 euro excess; for rentals under 3 days, the minimum full coverage insurance cost is 50 euro per motorcycle.

  • A warranty deposit by debit or credit card is required and is refunded after the motorcycle is returned in good condition, with a full tank and no additional damage.

  • Travel insurance for the rider is recommended.

  • Motorcycle riding gear is recommended.

C. Other information

  • A rental day means 24 hours.

  • If the motorcycle is returned before the rental period ends, no refund applies.

  • Advance payment is non-refundable, but you may send a friend instead of you if you cannot travel to Romania.

  • The motorcycle is delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition.

  • If the motorcycle is returned with an empty tank, a refuelling service fee of 10 euro plus fuel cost will be charged.

  • If the motorcycle is returned more than 2 hours late, one extra rental day will be charged.

  • All traffic violations are the renter’s responsibility.

  • Office hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM.

D. Minimum age and licence

  • Minimum age: 25 years old.

  • Minimum experience: 2 years riding motorcycles.

  • A full, unrestricted motorcycle licence is required.

  • A valid A or A1 licence for the rented motorcycle will be requested at pickup.

E. Payment

  • The warranty deposit must be paid by debit or credit card before pickup.

  • The rental amount must be paid by debit or credit card before pickup or at pickup.

  • Wire transfer or Revolut may be accepted for the advance payment needed to secure the booking.
